Only final games and forfeits count. A forfeit is a loss for the team that did not play, recorded 20 to 0.

How ties are broken

Teams are ranked by winning percentage: wins, with a draw counted as half a win, over games played.

Teams level on that are separated by these rules, in this order. When a rule separates some of them, the rules start again from the first for those still level.

  1. Head to head: the best record in the games between the teams still level.
  2. The best difference between points scored and points allowed.
  3. The most points scored.
  4. The fewest points allowed.
  5. Teams still level after every rule share their place, listed by name, until the league decides between them.
