How The Red List works
- Nominations are open to every member with a free Muslim Colors account. Our team reads each one before it goes to the panel.
- An independent panel declares its conflicts of interest before it scores anyone, and a panelist never scores someone they have a conflict with.
- The panel scores each nominee on impact, excellence, service and momentum, and keeps a private record of how it decided.
- The list comes out each January, with categories for under 30, fields of work and cities, and each honoree's profile shows its sources.
A place on the list is never for sale.
Nominations
Nominations for The 2027 Red List are open until November 30, 2026. Anyone with a free Muslim Colors account can nominate up to 10 people, themselves included.
Our team reads every nomination, and nominations are never published. The panel reads what you wrote, but not who you are.
