Refund Policy

Who sells what

Muslim.Red is run by Muslim Red LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy is part of our Terms of Use.

Event tickets

• Each event shows its refund policy on its page and at checkout, before you pay. The policies are: full refunds until 7 days before the event starts, until 48 hours before, until it starts, or no refunds once a ticket is bought. Refunds you ask for follow the event's policy.
• If the organizer cancels the event, at any time before it ends, everyone with a ticket is refunded in full, whatever the policy.
• A refund comes from the organizer's Stripe account, for the whole order, and Muslim.Red's fee is refunded with it.
• A ticket that has been scanned at the door is used, and is not refunded by us unless the organizer cancels the event. The organizer can still refund it from its own Stripe account.
• A payment in dispute with your bank is not refunded here: the bank's decision comes first.

Each organizer chooses its event's policy from this short list, and may choose no refunds. The policy is shown before you buy, and an event the organizer cancels is always refunded in full.

Red League registration fees

• Each season shows its refund policy on its page and when you register, before you pay. The policies are: full refunds until registration closes, until 14 days before the season starts, until it starts, or no refunds once the fee is paid.
• If the league cancels the season, or takes a team out of it, the team is refunded in full, whatever the policy.
• A refund comes from the league organizer's Stripe account, for the whole fee, and Muslim.Red's fee is refunded with it. A team that is refunded leaves the season.
• While the season's policy allows it, the team's page has a button for its manager to withdraw the team and refund the fee. You can also write to the league, or to us at support@muslim.red.

How to ask for a refund

While the event's policy allows it, your order's page has a button to refund the order. You can also write to the event's organizer, whose contact is on your order's page. If the organizer does not answer within 7 days, write to us at support@muslim.red with your order and we will help. Card refunds can take 5 to 10 days to reach you after they are made.

Red Screen

• Red Screen is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, plus sales tax where it applies. It renews for the same length at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time with one button on your account page. Red Screen then lasts to the end of the time you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
• When your Muslim Colors account is deleted, Red Screen is canceled at once.
• Muslim.Red does not refund a Red Screen payment on its own when you cancel or when your account is deleted.

We do not refund any part of a period you have already paid for, except where the law requires a refund. If you think the law gives you one, write to us at support@muslim.red.

When your Muslim Colors account is deleted, Red Screen ends with it, and the time left in your period is not refunded. The deletion is final only 7 days after you ask for it. Until then, you can keep your account from its account page, and your Red Screen subscription is not touched. The account's delete screen tells you this before you confirm.
