Attestation
This attestation is given to Muslim Red LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which runs Muslim.Red Delivery ("Muslim.Red"). I add this certificate for the business I act for on Muslim.Red Delivery, as its owner or one of its managers. I confirm, for that business, that:
- the file I upload is the certificate itself, in force today, issued to this business;
- I name the certifier exactly as it appears on the certificate, and give its number and the dates it was issued and runs out as they appear on it;
- it covers what I say it covers: the whole kitchen or store, or only the items I mark with its line, and I mark only items it covers;
- everything I tell Muslim.Red about it is true, and I will withdraw it in the vendor app at once if it is suspended, withdrawn, runs out early, or stops covering what I mark.
I understand that
- Muslim.Red shows it only as "Certified by [certifier], per the [business]", only while it is current, with the note that it is the vendor's own statement, which Muslim.Red shows as given and does not check.
- Customers may open the certificate I upload, with its number and dates.
- It stops showing by itself the day after its last day, and a new certificate replaces it. If a customer reports it, Muslim.Red may ask me about it, and may stop showing it while it waits for my answer.
- Muslim.Red keeps this attestation, the certificate and its history as the record of what I stated.
- My business's promises about its certificate are in the Vendor Marketplace Agreement, and the Certificate Policy applies.
I sign by typing my full name in the vendor app.
