The short version

  • Only for a stated reason

We end a driver's access only for safety, fraud, the law, a breach of the agreement, or because the driver asked.

  • Always in writing

The reason is written out for you, by a person, every time.

  • Your pay is yours

Pay you earned for deliveries you finished is still paid as usual.

  • A warning first for a breach

For a breach of the agreement that puts no one at risk, we write to you first and give you time to put it right. That includes completion or ratings that fall below the floors in your agreement.

  • Tiers never come from declines

Your tier follows the deliveries you accept and finish, and customers' ratings. Declining an offer is never counted.

  • Ask us to look again

Appeal from your notice page within 30 days. A person reads every request and answers within 14 days.

This policy

Muslim.Red Delivery is run by Muslim Red LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy is part of our Independent Contractor Agreement with every driver.

What never counts against you

  • Declining an offer, or letting one run out. Nothing counts the offers you decline, and they never move your tier.
  • Going offline, for any time, and how often or how long you are online.
  • A delivery you accepted that did not finish for a reason Muslim.Red accepts: a vendor that was closed, a drop-off that was not safe, an order that was not ready, a bag that was open or damaged, a customer who could not be reached, or an address that was wrong.
  • Stopping a delivery because you do not feel safe, and reporting it.
  • Working for any other company.

What counts toward your tier

  • The deliveries you accepted and then did not finish, without a reason Muslim.Red accepts, set against the deliveries you finished: your completion rate over the last 30 days.
  • Customers' stars for you, as an average over the same days, once at least 5 customers have rated you. Neither ends your access by itself.
  • If your completion rate falls below 70%, or your rating below 3.5, with at least 10 deliveries, a person at Muslim.Red looks at your record. Any ending for it follows the warning and the appeal below.
  • You can see each delivery marked not finished in the driver app, and tell us within 30 days if you think a mark is wrong: a person decides.

Going offline is not an ending

When your driver's license, registration or insurance runs out, you go offline by yourself, and can go online again as soon as one in date is on file. While a background check result is under review, you cannot go online until a person at Muslim.Red decides. Neither ends your access.

The only reasons we end access

Why Muslim.Red may end a driver's access
ReasonFor example
SafetyDriving that puts people at risk, threats or violence, or harm to a customer, a vendor or another driver.
FraudMarking an order delivered that was not, taking an order, or using someone else's account or documents.
What the law requiresA decision based on a background check, after the steps in our Background Check Notices, or another legal bar.
A breach of the contractor agreementA serious or repeated breach of the Independent Contractor Agreement, such as opening orders or misusing a customer's address, or a completion rate or rating that stays below the floors after a warning.
The driver askedYou asked us to close your driver account, or deleted your Muslim Colors account.

Muslim.Red ends access only for one of these reasons, and only with the reason written out for you by a person at Muslim.Red.

How it happens

  • Never while you carry a delivery: that delivery is finished first, or given to another driver.
  • You go offline, and we email you the reason, in the words the person at Muslim.Red wrote.
  • Pay you earned for deliveries you finished is still yours, and is paid as usual.
  • Every ending is recorded with who at Muslim.Red decided and the reason.

A warning first, for a breach

  • Safety, fraud and the law end access at once, and so does your own request.
  • For a breach of the contractor agreement, we write to you first: what happened, what to put right, and the day by which, 7 days after the warning. You keep driving meanwhile. You read the warning by email and on your notice page, and you may answer it there.
  • We end your access for that breach only once that day has passed and it was not put right, or if it happens again after the warning. A warning counts for a year: a breach after that needs a new warning first.

Asking us to look again

  • The email links your notice page. Sign in there, and write to Muslim.Red to ask us to look again, with anything you want us to know.
  • Your request goes to our team's inbox as a case, and a person reads every request. Please ask within 30 days of the email: the email and your notice page say the day. After that day, your notice page takes no request to look again. A person at Muslim.Red answers within 14 days of your request. If you asked us to end your access yourself, there is no time limit.
  • If we agree, we give your access back. You are active again as soon as nothing in your onboarding is missing; a document that ran out meanwhile, for example, is asked for again.
  • An ending based on a background check is looked at again only with a new check.

Version history

VersionDateWhat changed
0.1November 1, 2026First draft for attorney review, written from what Muslim.Red Delivery does and from research into Michigan law; every statement about what delivery does is tied to the code that does it. Revised 2026-11-01 (RD-Y): a breach of the contractor agreement gets a written warning and 7 days to put it right before any ending for it; an appeal is taken for 30 days and answered within 14 days. Revised 2026-11-01 (XQ16): what counts toward a driver's tier (completion of accepted deliveries, customers' ratings) and what never does (declines, going offline, a reason Muslim.Red accepts); falling below the floors is handled as a breach, with the warning and the appeal.
