Who we are, and these terms
Muslim.Red Delivery is run by Muslim Red LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). These Delivery Terms apply to every delivery order you place on Muslim.Red. They are part of our Terms of Use, and so are our Delivery Refunds, Restricted Goods and Certificate Policy. Our Privacy Notice explains what we keep about your orders.
At checkout you check a box, "I agree to the Muslim.Red Delivery Terms.", with these terms linked beside it, before your order starts. Checkout takes no order without it. Your order keeps the version of these terms you agreed to, with a fingerprint of their exact words.
Who sells, who delivers, and who you pay
- Each item is sold by its vendor: a restaurant, a grocery, a butcher, a bakery or a shop. No vendor shows on Muslim.Red until it has signed its agreement with us and our team has approved it.
- Checkout and your receipt say who sold your order and who delivers it: "Sold by [vendor]. Delivered by an independent driver who works through Muslim.Red." Drivers are independent contractors, not our employees, and each driver chooses which deliveries to take.
- You pay the vendor through Muslim.Red. Checkout says "Pay [vendor] through Muslim.Red" above the payment, and the payment itself is described in the same words. We collect the price of the items as the vendor's agent: once we receive your payment, you have paid the vendor for those items, and the vendor may not ask you to pay for them again.
- The delivery fee and the service fee are Muslim.Red's own charges, for the delivery and for running Muslim.Red Delivery. The vendor is paid for its items, never from those fees. Your tip goes to your driver in full. Michigan sales tax is collected and paid to the State by Muslim.Red, as the marketplace facilitator Michigan law makes us.
Ordering
- You order signed in with your Muslim Colors account.
- Your cart holds one vendor's items. To order from another vendor, finish your order first, or start a new cart, which empties the one you have.
- Muslim.Red Delivery runs today in Dearborn, Dearborn Heights and Hamtramck, Michigan, from 11 am to 11 pm, Michigan time, and to 1 am on Friday and Saturday nights. Each vendor delivers to its own area during its own hours. Checkout tells you if a vendor does not deliver to your address, or is not taking orders now, before anything is charged.
- Prices are the vendor's own, with the choices you make. Your cart is priced at checkout, so if the vendor changed a price, the price you pay is the one checkout shows.
- Muslim.Red does not prepare or pack food. Checkout says that the vendor is responsible for its ingredients and allergen information. If you have an allergy or a dietary need, ask the vendor before you order.
What you pay, line by line
Before you pay, checkout shows each charge on its own line, worked out for the exact address you give, so it never shows a number your order will not charge:
| Line | What it is |
|---|---|
| Items | The vendor's prices for what you chose. |
| Michigan sales tax | 6% on prepared food and on other taxable goods. Groceries that are not prepared food are not taxed. |
| Delivery fee | Set by the distance from the vendor to your address, and shown before you pay. It is its own line and is never taxed. |
| Service fee | Shown before you pay. [Option A: Sales tax applies to the service fee in the same share as the taxable items in your order.] [Option B: The service fee is not taxed.] (Pending the attorney and the CPA (law-michigan 5.1 and 5.3; Settings tax.service_fee_taxable, true today). The code taxes the service fee in the share the order's taxable items are of its items today.) |
| Driver tip, 100% to your driver | The amount you choose, from $0 to $500. It is never taxed. |
| Muslim.Red credit | Any credit you choose to use, taken off the total. |
| Total | What your card is charged. |
Your order keeps the rules it was priced with, so a later change to any fee never changes an order already placed.
When your card is charged
- At checkout your card is authorized, not charged. It is charged only when the vendor accepts your order.
- If the vendor declines, or does not accept within the time checkout shows, the order ends and nothing is charged. If your payment does not go through, the order ends by itself, and nothing is charged. Until then you can pay for it from its page: an order whose payment did not go through ends by itself 30 minutes after checkout. Your card is still charged only when the vendor accepts.
- You may cancel from your order's page until the vendor accepts, and nothing is charged. After that, use "Something is wrong" on the order's page, or write to us.
- If the vendor cannot fill an item after you order, the item comes off your order: before your card is charged, you are not charged for it, and after, it is refunded. We do not swap in a different item. If nothing is left on the order, the order ends.
- We may cancel an order at any point before it is delivered. If your card was already charged, you are refunded in full.
Drop-off
- We keep your delivery address, unit, delivery notes and the phone number you give sealed with the order. You may choose "Contactless: leave it at my door" at checkout.
- At checkout you may set a pin on your door, within 300 meters of the address you typed. Your driver is sent to the pin, and your address stays as you wrote it. A pin further than that is refused, and checkout asks you to check the address.
- Your driver sees your first name, your address, unit, notes, phone number and whether you chose contactless only while the delivery is under way, from the vendor's acceptance to the drop-off. The vendor sees your first name and your order, never your address.
- The driver may take a photo of your order where it was left. Only our team sees it, to settle a report that an order did not arrive.
- If your driver cannot reach you or find the address, the driver reports it to us, and a person at Muslim.Red decides what happens next. Please give an address and notes a driver can follow, and a phone number you will answer.
- Muslim.Red does not carry items that need an age or identity check at the door, such as alcohol or tobacco.
Following your order
- Your order's page shows where your order stands, from "Sent to the vendor" to "Delivered". Arrival times are estimates, and the page says so.
- While your order is on its way, and only then, its page shows about where your driver is (within about 500 meters), and the exact point once the driver is within about 800 meters of your door. When the order is delivered, the map goes. You see your driver's first name only.
- Live tracking depends on your driver's phone and its connection. The position can lag, jump or stop for a while, and an estimate can change. It is a guide to where your order is, not a promise of a time.
Certificates on file
- Some vendors give us a certificate from a certifier the vendor names. While it is current, the vendor's listing, and the items it covers, show one line in these words only: "Certified by [certifier], per the [vendor]".
- That line is the vendor's own statement. Muslim.Red shows the certificate the vendor gave and does not check it. You can open the certificate the vendor gave, with its number and its dates. The line stops showing by itself the day after the certificate's last day.
- Where a certificate covers only some items, the vendor's page says: "Items without this line are not covered by a certificate on file." The filter for these vendors is called "Has a certificate on file".
- Muslim.Red makes no statement of its own about how any vendor's food is prepared, sourced or slaughtered, or whether it meets any religious standard. If that matters to you, ask the vendor, and its certifier, before you order.
- If you think a certificate on file is wrong, report it from the certificate, signed in. Our Certificate Policy says what happens then.
What Muslim.Red does not carry
Some things are never sold through Muslim.Red Delivery, such as alcohol, tobacco and vapes, cannabis and hemp THC, kratom, prescription drugs, weapons and fireworks. An item that looks like one of them waits for our team and is never shown or sold until our team lets it through. The full list is in our Restricted Goods policy.
When something is wrong
Use "Something is wrong" on your order's page: something missing, something wrong, damaged or spilled, very late, never came, or something else. A person at Muslim.Red reads it and writes to you. If items were missing, wrong or damaged, we may refund them to your card or as Muslim.Red credit. A tip already paid to your driver stays your driver's. Our Delivery Refunds policy has the details.
Ratings
- You may rate a delivered order once, within 14 days of delivery: 1 to 5 stars for the vendor, 1 to 5 for your driver if you like, and a few words for the vendor.
- Your words go to the vendor and to Muslim.Red only, and are never shown in public. A vendor's average stars and the number of ratings show on its listing.
- The stars you give a driver are part of the driver's tier, an average over the last 30 days. A tier decides only which driver is shown a new delivery first. It never ends a driver's access by itself.
Muslim.Red credit
- Credit comes from a refund taken as credit, or from us. It lasts 365 days from the day it is given, and is used oldest first, at checkout, only when you choose to use it. While Muslim.Red's launch offer runs, a first order may also get a launch credit from Muslim.Red, shown at checkout before you pay; the vendor is still paid in full. If an order ends before your card is charged, the credit it used comes back to you.
- Your card is charged at least 50 cents, the smallest charge our payment processor takes, so credit that would leave less than that on an order is kept for another time. Credit has no cash value and cannot be moved to another account.
Your part
- Give an address you may receive orders at, and be there, or choose contactless.
- Treat drivers and vendors with respect. We may refuse orders from an account that harms or threatens a driver or a vendor.
- Do not order for anyone who may not lawfully receive what you order.
Our role, and the law that applies
The vendor is responsible for what it sells: its food and goods, their ingredients, their labels and their quality when they leave its door. Muslim.Red runs the marketplace, takes your payment and arranges the delivery. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Michigan law, or the law of your own state, that an agreement cannot take away.
The sections of our Terms of Use on disclaimers and limits, and on disputes, arbitration and the law that applies, apply to delivery orders too.
Changes to these terms
Every version of these terms is listed at the end of this page, with what changed. A change applies to orders placed after it, and checkout asks you to agree to the version in force; an order already placed keeps the terms it was placed under.

Version history
| Version | Date | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| 0.1 | November 1, 2026 | First draft for attorney review, written from what Muslim.Red Delivery does and from research into Michigan law; every statement about what delivery does is tied to the code that does it. Revised 2026-11-01 (RD-Y): checkout's box agreeing to these terms is built, so the order keeps the version agreed to and checkout takes no order without it; the drop-off pin and paying again are added. Revised 2026-11-01 (the owner's answers): where delivery runs today (Dearborn, Dearborn Heights and Hamtramck) and when (11 am to 11 pm, and to 1 am on Friday and Saturday nights), and the launch credit on a first order. Revised 2026-11-01 (XQ16): a customer's stars for a driver are part of the driver's tier, which decides only which driver is shown a new delivery first. |
