Who agrees
This agreement is between Muslim Red LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that runs Muslim.Red Delivery ("Muslim.Red", "we", "us"), registered to do business in Michigan under [Michigan certificate of authority number and date], and you, the person who signs it as a driver ("you").
You sign in the driver app. We keep the version you signed, a fingerprint of its exact words, the name you typed, when it was shown to you and when you signed, and a scrambled form of the network address you signed from. When we change this agreement in a way that matters, you are asked to sign again before you go online.
An independent business
You are an independent contractor in your own delivery business. Nothing in this agreement makes you Muslim.Red's employee, agent, partner or joint venturer, and you may not bind Muslim.Red to anything. Muslim.Red runs a marketplace that connects customers and vendors with independent drivers; you choose whether, when and how often to use it.
You are free to deliver for any other company, including our competitors, at any time, even while you are online with us, and to run any other business. Muslim.Red does not require you to wear a uniform, put a sign on your vehicle, or carry anything with our name on it.
When you work
- You go online and offline whenever you choose, once your account is ready. There are no shifts, no schedules, no minimum hours and no minimum number of deliveries: nothing in Muslim.Red's systems schedules you or counts a decline.
- You may accept or decline any offer. Declining, or letting an offer run out, costs you nothing: it is never counted, there is no penalty, and no fewer offers later. Among the drivers free to take an order, a higher tier is offered it first, and then the nearest driver.
- An offer is open for the short time it shows, and then goes to another driver.
- You may stop delivering through Muslim.Red at any time, for any reason, by going offline or by asking us to close your driver account.
Pay, by the delivery
- You are paid by the delivery, never by the hour. Each offer shows, before you accept, what the delivery pays you, any added pay (below) and the customer's tip, on separate lines, and how far it is. The pay is a base amount for each delivery and an amount for each mile from the vendor to the customer, at the rates in Schedule A.
- You are paid when you finish a delivery: the delivery's pay and the tip, each as its own transfer to your Stripe Express account. Stripe hosts your account's sign-up, identity checks and payouts, under Stripe's own terms, and pays your balance to your bank on Stripe's schedule. When you finish on Stripe's pages, Stripe sends you back through a page on Muslim.Red to the driver app, which asks Stripe whether your payouts are ready.
- Every tip goes to you in full. It is never set against your pay. A refund to a customer never takes back pay you earned, or a tip already paid to you.
- Your earnings show, for each delivery, the pay and the tip on two lines, and whether each was sent.
- The rates in force when an order is accepted by its vendor apply to it. We tell you of a new Schedule A before it applies, and you decide, offer by offer, whether its deliveries are worth your time.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. Muslim.Red does not withhold tax from your pay. [Option A: Muslim.Red sends you the tax form the law requires for each year you are paid.] [Option B: Stripe sends you the tax form the law requires for each year you are paid, as Muslim.Red's payment processor.] (Who issues the year's information return (Form 1099-NEC from Muslim.Red, or Form 1099-K from Stripe), at the 2026 thresholds, is for the CPA (law-michigan 2.5, item c). The attorney also confirms Detroit and Hamtramck city income tax duties once drivers deliver there (law-michigan 5.2).)
Schedule A: pay
$4.00 for each delivery you finish, plus $0.80 for each mile of the trip from the vendor to the customer, counted by the tenth of a mile of its driving distance as Muslim.Red measures it when the order is priced, and 100% of every tip, on its own line. Each offer shows the total before you accept.
Offers that rise, and your tier
An order nobody has taken
- An order no driver has taken keeps being offered, to each driver who comes free, nearest first, for as long as it can still be delivered. Our team may also give it to a driver by hand at any time.
- Offers start at the base pay. Each further round of offers for the same order adds $1.00 to the pay, up to $5.00 in all. The offer shows the added pay, apart from the pay and the tip, before you accept. Muslim.Red works the added pay out itself for each offer, so the number on your offer is the number you are paid.
- The added pay of the offer you accept is paid to you when you finish the delivery, as its own payment. It comes from Muslim.Red: it is never taken from the vendor's share and never added to the customer's price.
- If a delivery you accepted is taken off you before pickup, the added pay goes with it, and the new offer starts again from the base pay.
Your tier
- You are Gold, Silver or Standard, or New until you have enough deliveries for a tier to apply. A tier applies once you have 10 deliveries finished, or accepted and not finished, in the last 30 days.
- Your completion rate is the deliveries you finished, out of the deliveries you accepted. A delivery you decline is not one you accepted, so it is never in it. A delivery that did not finish for a reason Muslim.Red accepts is left out too: a vendor that was closed, a drop-off that was not safe, an order that was not ready, a bag that was open or damaged, a customer who could not be reached, or an address that was wrong.
- Your rating is the average of customers' stars for you over the same days, counted once at least 5 customers have rated you. Until then only your completion rate decides.
- Gold needs a completion rate of 95% or more and a rating of 4.7 or more. Silver needs 85% or more and 4.3 or more. Below that you are Standard. A New driver is shown offers as Silver is.
- A higher tier is offered a new order a few seconds first: a tier down waits 15 seconds for each tier above it that has a driver online. That is all a tier decides: it never stops you declining an offer, and it never ends your access by itself.
- Declining an offer, letting one run out, and going offline are not recorded for your tier, and nothing that makes your tier reads them.
- The driver app shows your tier, what it is made of, how to move up, and each delivery marked not finished, with the reason. If you think a mark is wrong, tell us in the app within 30 days; a person at Muslim.Red reads it and decides, and your tier follows at once.
- If your completion rate falls below 70%, or your rating below 3.5, with at least 10 deliveries, a person at Muslim.Red looks at your record. That is a breach of this agreement that puts no one at risk, so it is handled as one: a written warning first with the figures, 7 days to bring them up, and an answer from you if you wish, and only then may your access end, with the appeal described below.
Your vehicle, your tools, your costs
You supply and pay for everything you use: your vehicle, its fuel and upkeep, your phone and its data plan, an insulated bag, and your insurance. You decide how to run your delivery business, and you keep what you earn after your own costs.
- You keep your driver's license, your vehicle's registration and your auto insurance on file, each in date. We keep their numbers sealed, with only the last four in the clear. When one runs out you go offline by yourself, and you can go online again once one in date is on file; we write to you before.
- You confirm that you have read your own auto policy for any exclusion of business or delivery use. Your policy is yours to choose and keep; Muslim.Red's own insurance is in Schedule B.
Schedule B: Muslim.Red's insurance
Muslim Red LLC carries this insurance for deliveries:
- From before the first order: contingent auto liability, hired and non-owned auto liability, and general liability.
- From the 90th day after the first order: occupational accident cover for drivers. Until then, an injury to you while you deliver is covered only by your own insurance.
[each policy's insurer, its limits and what it covers, as the broker confirms when it is bound]
Before you go online
You can go online only while all of these hold, and the driver app shows what is missing:
- Muslim.Red has approved your account.
- Your driver's license, registration and insurance are on file and in date, and you confirmed you read your policy.
- You signed this agreement, read the separate background check disclosure, and signed the separate authorization.
- Your background check came back clear, or a person at Muslim.Red cleared it after a review. Our Background Check Notices explain the steps if a report may count against you.
- The food-safety module, if Muslim.Red makes it required.
- Your Stripe account can receive payouts.
You must be at least 21 years old. When you join, you give the date of birth on your driver's license, and you cannot go online until it shows you are old enough. If you are younger, nothing you typed is kept. [Option A: The minimum stays 21, as the app checks today.] [Option B: The minimum is 18, and 21 to carry any order Muslim.Red ever marks for an age check.] (Built (RD-Y): the driver app asks for the date of birth on the license, and the engine refuses anyone under Settings drivers.min_age, 21 by default and marked pending the attorney. The research names no general minimum for delivery drivers in Michigan; 21 is what restricted goods ask of a driver (law-michigan 7). Option B is one setting, plus a build for orders marked for an age check, which delivery does not carry at launch.) You must also hold a valid driver's license and be able to work in the United States. Training is limited to what the law and safety ask: food safety, sealed bags and using the app.
How you do a delivery
- You choose your own route. The app hands navigation to Apple Maps or Google Maps, at your choice; Muslim.Red gives no turn-by-turn directions of its own.
- You see the customer's address, unit, notes and phone only while the delivery is under way. Use them only for that delivery.
- At pickup, check that the order is sealed, and say so in the app; a broken seal is recorded. Keep hot food hot and cold food cold, keep your bag clean, and never open an order.
- At drop-off you may take a photo of where you left the order. Follow the customer's notes, and leave the order at the door when the customer chose contactless.
- Your location is used only while you are online or on a delivery. Our Location Data policy says what is kept, and for how long.
- Customers and vendors see your first name only. Customers may rate a delivery. Their stars for you are part of your tier, and you can read them. They never end your access by themselves.
- Nobody at Muslim.Red supervises how you drive or coaches your work. We look at a delivery only when a customer, a vendor or you report a problem, or the law or someone's safety asks.
Safety
- In an emergency, call 911 first.
- You may stop any delivery you do not feel safe finishing. Report it in the app, as "I do not feel safe" or "I cannot finish this delivery", and a person at Muslim.Red reads every report on a delivery and contacts you. Stopping a delivery for your safety is never held against you.
- The app shows how to reach Muslim.Red while you are on a delivery. Obey traffic law, never use the phone while driving in a way the law forbids, and never carry passengers on a delivery.
Ending your access
- Muslim.Red ends a driver's access only for one of these reasons: safety, fraud, what the law requires, a breach of this agreement, or because you asked. The reason is written out for you, every time.
- For a breach of this agreement that puts no one at risk, we write to you first, with what to put right and 7 days to do it, and end your access for it only if it is not put right, or it happens again within a year of the warning. Safety, fraud and the law end access at once.
- Falling below the completion or rating floors in "Your tier" is such a breach, and is handled with a warning first, as above.
- We never end your access while you carry a delivery: that delivery is finished first, or given to another driver.
- Pay you earned for deliveries you finished is still yours, and is paid as usual.
- If you think it is wrong, ask Muslim.Red to look again from your notice page. A person reads every request, and may give your access back. Ask within 30 days of the email; a person at Muslim.Red answers within 14 days of your request. Our Driver Deactivation and Appeals policy has the details.
- A document running out, or a background check still under review, is not an ending: you go offline until it is put right.
Background checks
The background check has its own disclosure, which you read first, on its own, and its own authorization, which you sign after. A report never turns you away by itself: a person at Muslim.Red decides, and before deciding against you we send you a copy of the report and a summary of your rights, and wait at least 5 business days, as our Background Check Notices describe.
Responsibility
You are responsible for your own driving, your vehicle, your compliance with the law and the taxes on what you earn. You indemnify Muslim.Red for claims that come from your breach of this agreement or your intentional wrongdoing, [Option A: to the extent the law allows.] [Option B: and for claims from your own negligence on a delivery, beyond what Muslim.Red's insurance pays.] (A broad driver indemnity is common but can look like control in a reclassification case, and drivers rarely can pay. Company protection within reason: Option A.)
The disclaimers and limits in our Terms of Use apply to your use of the driver app, to the extent the law allows.
Disputes
Changes, notices and the whole agreement
- When a change that matters is in force, we email you what changed, and you sign it in the driver app before you next go online. A change that does not matter asks nobody.
- We write to the email address of your Muslim Colors account. Write to us at support@muslim.red, or by mail to Muslim Red LLC, PO Box 2, Darlington, SC 29540.
- This agreement, Schedules A and B and the policies it names are the whole agreement between us. If a part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
Version history
| Version | Date | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| 0.1 | November 1, 2026 | First draft for attorney review, written from what Muslim.Red Delivery does and from research into Michigan law; every statement about what delivery does is tied to the code that does it. Revised 2026-11-01 (RD-Y): the age check (at least 21, still an attorney's choice), a warning before an ending for a breach, the appeal window, the email when a change asks drivers to sign again, and Stripe's way back to the app are added. Revised 2026-11-01 (the owner's answers): Schedule A is filled in, $4.00 a delivery and $0.80 a mile, with 100% of every tip; Schedule B names the insurance Muslim Red LLC carries and when each policy starts. Revised 2026-11-01 (XQ16, the owner's answer): an order no driver took keeps being offered; each further round adds $1.00 to the driver's pay up to $5.00, shown on the offer and paid by Muslim.Red; a driver's tier (Gold, Silver, Standard, New) comes from the deliveries accepted and finished and customers' ratings over 30 days, never from declines; a person looks at a driver below the floors and any ending follows the written warning and the appeal. The statements that nothing scores or ranks a driver are replaced by what is true now. New attorney's choice: driver-tier-declines. |
